阿富汗塔利班组织（Taliban）攻下首都喀布尔后，第5大城贾拉拉巴德（Jalalabad）民众18日走上街头抗议，要求将塔利班组织旗帜换成阿富汗国旗，结果双边爆发冲突，塔利班士兵直接朝人群开枪，造成至少2死12伤。

根据《今日印度》报导，贾拉拉巴德数百位民众18日走上街头抗议，他们举着阿富汗国旗参与游行，结果和塔利班士兵爆发冲突。现场影片可见，民众在人车拥挤的街上窜逃，车辆喇叭声及枪声不断。有消息指出，塔利班战士还向记者开火并加以殴打。据了解目前共造成2死12伤。
另一段影片可以清楚看到，手持AK-47突击步枪的塔利班战士，不断驱赶着手拿国旗的示威者；外媒提到，目前塔利班组织尚未正式接掌政府，但已经将许多地方的阿富汗国旗换成塔利班的旗帜。
