想运动却理由一大堆吗?国民健康署在脸书发文指出,运动可以融入日常生活当中,例如洗碗过程加入简易的腿部运动,晾晒衣服时借机练练臂力,每次达10分钟、每日累积30分钟及每周满150分钟,可以有效预防失智。

“运动欧…但我没有时间捏”、“今天很累了,明天再开始运动好了”、“能躺著,就不要坐著;能坐著,就不要站著…”,国健署表示,上述都是不想运动的借口,打败惰性、从日常著手,其实运动也可以很简单,还可以防失智,就从下列两点做起。

■融入每日例行事项:利用洗碗过程加入简易的腿部运动,晾晒衣服或倒垃圾时借机练练臂力,带宠物散步或赶公车时,也可加快步伐,达到微喘但无法唱歌的感觉、多爬楼梯等,都是日常累积身体活动的好机会。

■利用零碎时间执行:每次达10分钟、每日累积30分钟及每周满150分钟,行有馀力还可加码每周2日的高强度肌力训练,65岁以上的长者除了上述的日常养肌,也建议每周另做3天的平衡或力量训练,有助身强体健、不失智。
