　　4月1日，重庆警方通报巴南区人何某（女，37岁）在渝南大道一小区22楼家中突发躁狂，持菜刀将其婆婆砍伤后，将3岁幼子从窗户抛下坠地身亡。知情人士透露，在楼下已有安全气囊后，该女子将幼子从其他窗户抛下。当女子欲扔另一个孩子时，被警方和消防控制。

        目前，被砍伤的婆婆正在医院接受治疗，无生命危险。亲属邻居反映何某近期精神行为异常。案件正进一步侦办中。
