据法兰西24电视台(France24)报道，当地时间24日，法国政府将该国的反恐安全警戒提升到最高级别。

法国总理阿塔尔表示，这一决定是考虑到“伊斯兰国”声称对22日发生在俄罗斯的恐袭事件负责，以及法国所面临的威胁而做出。

据介绍，法国最高级别的反恐警戒一般是在法国国内或国外发生袭击或被认为存在迫在眉睫威胁时方才启动，它允许采取特殊的安全措施，如加强武装部队在火车站、机场和宗教场所等公共场所的巡逻等。
