快讯：新一轮制裁 欧盟首次将中企列入黑名单

欧盟周三同意对俄罗斯实施新一轮制裁，首次将涉嫌帮助克里姆林宫取得违禁物品的中国公司列入黑名单。

这些制裁的重点是打击规避行为，并针对被指控向俄罗斯提供先进技术，以及在欧盟制造的军事产品，尤其是无人机零件的世界各地的公司。

来自土耳其和朝鲜等国的公司也成为制裁目标。近200名个人和实体（其中大部分来自俄罗斯）已被添加到黑名单中，该名单目前已包含2000多个名字。

制裁的具体细节将在欧盟官方公报上公布后公布，预计本周稍后公布。
