英国王室查尔斯三世（King Charles
III）10日登基时，出手示意下属清理桌面、甚至一度露出狰狞表情要下属整理的画面引发讨论，原来他要签署登基相关宣言文件，但是文件太大、桌子太小，担心打翻墨水，因此请下属赶快清理，不过示意下属清理的举动也引发网友正反讨论。
综合英国《每日邮报》（Daily Mail）、《纽约邮报》（New York Post）报导，英国女王伊丽莎白二世（Queen
Elizabeth
II）辞世后，王储查尔斯10日正式登基成为英国国王，在登基会议上，当查尔斯准备就坐签署登基相关宣言文件时，突然打住、示意一旁的下属整理桌面，他不断比手画脚，示意下属移开桌面上的墨水瓶及笔盒。

当他签完头几份文件、签署另外2份体积更大的文件时，画面显示他再度示意下属移开桌面上的墨水瓶，不过这次表情更丰富，他睁大眼睛、咧开嘴巴，眉头似乎微微一皱。
外媒纷纷报导查尔斯「愤怒地」示意下属移开墨水，英国《每日快报》（Daily
Express）更形容他「做鬼脸」要求下属清理桌面。有网友看到影片后打趣道，这名下属要被关进伦敦塔了，有网友装作查尔斯的口吻说：「僕人必须为我清理桌面，不能期待我自己移动东西。」另一名网友说：「才上班第一天他就受够了。」

不过更多网友为他缓颊，批评外媒的用词太过渲染，认为查尔斯的举动并没有「生气」，充其量只是「示意」而已，他们说桌子真的太小了，而文件太大。也有网友说，查尔斯才刚丧母，现在一定压力很大，还要面对公众，请媒体放他一马。

不过也有网友表示，查尔斯的举动虽然不到愤怒，但确实看起来有些恼火。
另外值得一提的是，查尔斯当天签署文件使用的笔盒及墨水瓶是儿子威廉及哈利送给他的礼物。
