剧情简介：A foreign language, distinct habits, strange surroundings. Moving from Poland to Argentina at the age of eight is a dumbfounding expience for Janek. Facing new surroundings is not easy at first. Soon he, howev, befriends a local girl, Marcia, and the foreign life begins to feel more tolable. Still, the realities of evyday life in a poor village cast a shadow on their games. Despite h young age, Marcia has to take responsibility for h family.
Through his son’s eyes, Wojciech Staroń depicts life in the Azara village in northeast Argentina. The filmmak moved to the village with his family aft his wife’s work. The film was shot ov two years, resulting in a touchingly beautiful documentary that sheds light on a child’s world and on the diffences between countries.
Skillfully executed The Argentinian Lesson has won numous prizes on intnational film festivals.
